Processing
We only accept
orders with US billing and shipping addresses. Prices and payments
are in US dollars. If a product is out of stock, we will notify
you on the product detail page. Some products sell out quickly.
In the event of merchandise unavailability once an order has been
placed, you will be notified by e-mail. After placing your order
you will receive an e-mail with order confirmation. Your credit
card will be charged at the time of shipment. To ship to PO, APO,
or FPO Boxes, you may only place your order by phone.

Orders
We realize
that some shoppers may not feel comfortable having their transactions
processed online. As an alternative, Siena Julia offers you the
option of faxing your order or mailing it via US post when checking
out. Place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag.
Once you proceed to checkout, you will have the option to order
by fax or mail. Print the order form, which will already include
your order information. All you need to do is fill in the personal/billing
information and fax or mail the form to Siena Julia.

Return
Policy
Your satisfaction
is guaranteed. You may return your
merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund
of the purchase price, excluding gift wrap, shipping and handling
charges. Refunds for gift certificates will be issued to the original
purchaser and in the same tender only.
Merchandise
must be returned in its original packing material to ensure safe
shipment. We recommend our customers use the self-addressed return
label included in their shipment. Do not accept packages that appear
to be damaged.
To return merchandise,
please use the following instructions:
- The returned
merchandise should be undamaged. Siena Julia reserves the right
to evaluate the condition of the merchandise. If the merchandise
was damaged by the purchaser, Siena Julia will not grant a refund
for the damaged merchandise. Specifically, with respect to damaged
merchandise, Siena Julia will grant a refund, including cost of
returning the merchandise, only if the merchandise was damaged
by Siena Julia during shipping.
- Please use
the return form contained in your order. On the form, indicate
which item(s) you are returning and the reason for return of the
item(s).
- Pack the
merchandise with the original packing material and include the
return form in the box. Address the package using the return address
label included with your original shipment.
- The cost
of returning unwanted purchases rests with the customer. Siena
Julia will only accept packages with shipping charges prepaid.
Also, returned merchandise should be insured for its full value
with the shipping company. The customer must be able to provide
shipping/delivery confirmation.
- Upon receipt
of the returned merchandise and verification of compliance with
the above stated terms and conditions, a full refund of the purchase
price will be credited to the credit card account used to place
the order, or a check issued if the purchase was made by personal
check or money order. Please allow two to three weeks for processing
the refund.

We are committed
to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your information is
used solely to process your order and enhance your shopping experience.
It is Siena Julia's policy to ensure that your personal information
is handled in a responsible and secure manner. When you order, we
ask for your name, e-mail address, billing and mailing address,

This allows us to process and fill your order. Also, we collect
contact information for gift recipients in order to ensure correct
gift delivery. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit
card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected
is used to bill you for products and services. Financial information
is not used for any other purpose than billing.

time, we may notify you concerning new services, products and special
offers. If you would rather not receive this information, please
indicate so by sending us a message using our online form.
In summary, we use customer information to fill your order, send
you information about our company, and contact you when necessary.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Finally, we'd
like to let you know that Siena Julia uses "cookie" technology.
This technology allows a web site to store some information on the
visitor's computer in the form of a "cookie" or a similar file.
These files would allow Siena Julia to keep track of a customer's
visits to our site, what you put into your shopping cart and other
preferences. "Cookies" cannot be used by us to retrieve any personal
information about you from your computer unless such information
was knowingly and willingly provided by you. Most web browsers allow

Security
To protect customer
information, Siena Julia utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL was designed by Netscape to provide a secure means of interacting
with web sites through data encryption, server authentication, and
message integrity services. Specifically, we use VeriSign for the
SSL encryption and server authentication. Siena Julia.com utilizes
SSL to receive customer billing, shipping, and credit card information.
Name, address and credit card information is encrypted through VeriSign's
service. When entering this information you may check the URL line
on your browser. A line beginning with "https" signifies that your
information is being processed through SSL. Questions regarding
Siena Julia's use of the SSL technology can be submitted using our
online form.

Shipping & Handling
We offer several
shipping options - Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, and Saturday.
The arrival time of your order depends on when you place your order
and the shipping option that you choose. Order arrival timetables
are explained below - NOTE that weekends and holidays affect the
delivery timeline. At this time, we are unable to ship to non-U.S.
addresses.
Shipping and
handling expenses are the customer's responsibility. These charges
are calculated based on the shipping location and the weight of
the shipment, and will be displayed for your review prior to the
time when you are asked to choose a payment option and enter the
payment information.
Please note
that Ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska and
Hawaii. Shipments to these locations must use 2nd Day or Next Day.

Free Standard (Ground) Shipping applies for online order totals of $100 or more. Minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping does not include gift wrap charges, purchases of gift cards or tax. Free Shipping offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. Sales taxes
will not apply to shipments outside the state of California. Orders

Boxes
With the exception
of paintings, we'll be delighted to gift box anything that you purchase
from Siena Julia for a flat fee of $4.95 per order, as well as include
a greeting card. You can choose from the greeting cards that we
offer: Christmas, wedding, mother's day, Valentine's day, birthday,
all occasion. We'll also include your message of up to 150 characters
(including punctuation and spaces - approximately 20-25 words) on
the greeting card. Gift box request and greeting card selection
are offered on the customer billing and shipping information page.
